Weekly Maintenace
Full Service Weekly Maintenance – Weekly visits paid monthly

Ph Balance and chlorine

Clean top and bottom surfaces of debris

Brush sides of pool

Empty skimmer and pump baskets, as well as vacuum.

Pool/Spa equipment will be checked for leaks and proper circulation will be checked for accuracy when able.
Clean-up services
Cleaning of heavy debris and sediment (dirt, dust, sand)
​Acid bath
Same as acid wash without draining the pool. Lower the Ph extremely low to cause a film to cover the pool base/plaster. Scrub twice a day for three days to help remove stains without having to drain the pool. Not as effective as an acid wash.
​Winterizing
Drain pool below 4” below skimmer level, remove all fittings, blow out all lines, plugging all return fittings, and skimmers, removing plugs from all equipment to allow for drainage, and install pool cover. Add antifreeze to the skimmer.
​Winterize chemical check
Check and balance chlorine and Ph on pools that are winterized.
​Tile cleaning
Remove calcium buildup on tile.
​Pool opening
Remove cover and fold it.
Remove plugs from return fittings and skimmer.
Install and return eye-fittings and equipment plugs
Turn on and prime pump
Clean and balance pool chemicals.
