My name is Dustin Charlesworth I have been in the landscape and pool business for 20 years, with working on pools exclusively for the last seven. I started out as a pool cleaner in Arizona cleaning and maintaining an average of 90 pools a week, later transferring over to the tech department to repair equipment and troubleshoot water chemistry. In 2020 my company opened up a new location in Oklahoma City giving me a Supervisory position; overseeing the process of the pools being built from the ground up; installing equipment and various other things needed to complete the jobs.  

     After all my years of experience, I have come to see many bad ways of doing business. From dishonesty to poor customer relations. The industry, I have concluded, has gained a bad reputation of technicians not showing up or not doing the job they declared to do. This is disheartening. I understand that when you hire a service professional that you are not only to expect him to do the job as described, but you place a certain amount of trust within the company you hired.  A certain expectation is left unsaid that your technician will be; clean, dependable, open to communications, and honesty. Not only of what duties were performed, but also of any accidental damage that may have occurred, (i.e. Broken walkway lamp, damaged gate lock, and so forth). Therefore, in 2021, I decided to start my own pool maintenance and repair business, in hopes to regain the trust and loyalty of Oklahoma pool owners.

     I believe in honest hard work and communication to be the most important part of any kind of relationship. I believe you should know when and what I am doing while on your property. I take pride in notifying you of my arrival, will take before and after pictures, and let you know what services were provided, even if no chemicals were added during maintenance.
